It's not always easy getting in touch; phones are taken off the hook during filming, and often we're one-to-one with a client and it'd be rude to answer the phone with someone sitting there.
For this reason as well as a landline there's a client hotline, which can be rung well into the evening 07702 969 405 . There's no answer phone on it but if you ring your number will come up as a missed call so we can get back quickly.
Don't be shy about using it - it's not a personal phone, it's a business contract with loads of minutes. If preferred we're more than happy to call you back right away
